An unused defective cartridge or other product dealing with any mechanical parts in orginal packaging with fully legible product and batch number may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value.
No exchange will be accepted for flower purchases, edible purchases, or concentrate purchases.Management will listen to any complaints on said products and do what they can. No exchange is guaranteed. Defective products must be returned with 72 hours of purchase. All sales on all products are final.
