    What forms of payment are available?

    The storefront locations accept cash, debit cards, and Membership account bank.

    Is There An ATM Machine Available At The Storefront Locations?

    Every Club storefront location will have an ATM machine available.

    What Do I Need To Enter The Shop?

    Only a valid government issued ID indicating that you are 21 years of age or older in order to enter, and a membership account in order to shop.

    What Is Your Refund Policy?

    An unused defective cartridge or other product dealing with any mechanical parts in original packaging with a fully legible product label and batch number may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value. No exchange will be excepted for flower purchases, edible purchases, or concentrate purchases. Management will listen to any complaints on said products and do what they can. No exchange is guaranteed. Defective products must be returned within 72 hours. All sales on all products are final.

    How Long Do You Hold Pre-Orders?

    All pre-orders will be held till end of day. All pre-orders placed after 1 hour before closing will be set for pickup for the following day.

    What Is The Max Limit of Cannabis I Can Purchase?

    All members can procure up to 3 ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrated cannabis per visit to a store location or per delivery.
